1. Booking and Confirmation

To manage your booking please visit my website www.browsandlocksbyrox.jena.site log in with the details you used when you made your online booking. This will allow you to reschedule, cancel and book new appointments. (See below for cancellation and rescheduling policy)

Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling of the appointment.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee.

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in a cancellation fee being charged.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings requiring advance payment.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the end of your appointment and can be made by bank transfer or card payment.

Cancellation fees for late cancellations or no-shows must be paid before booking future appointments.

All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Treatment and Service Delivery

All lash, brow and hair services are performed by qualified professionals at our rented premises.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it would not be in the client's best interest or if consultation requirements are not met.

Treatment times are approximate and may vary depending on individual requirements.

Results may vary between individuals and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

5. Client Data and Privacy

We collect and use your personal information solely for booking and appointment purposes.

Your data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws.

6. Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect treatment during consultation.

We reserve the right to postpone or refuse treatment if you are unwell or have any contraindications.

Please inform us immediately if you experience any adverse reactions following treatment.

7. Liability and Refunds

While I strive to provide excellent service, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Refunds are not available for completed services. Issues with services should be raised within 48 hours of treatment.

We maintain appropriate professional insurance but cannot accept liability for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions or disclosure of relevant health information.

8. General Terms

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with UK consumer protection legislation.
